Have you ever heard of this name Anitilia? It is a house name, the most extravagent house ever. Its owner
isn’t Bill Gates, like you think. Mukesh Ambani , an Indian businessman, is the owner. This house costed exactly 1. BILLION DOLLAR. No, you didn’t hear wrong.
Anyway, lets have a look at this home.
Anitilia is the first house that costed 1 billion dolar to built in the
world. This house which belongs to an Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani and his family, is located in Bombay,
India.
Mukesh Ambani is the
33th billionaire in the world and the most richest people in India. He is the
chairman of the executive board of Reliance Industries which is a
petrochemistry company. The family of Ambani has 23.2 billion dollar fortune. They
live in the Anitilia.
Anitilia has 27 storeyes. It built in 3.000 square meter
area and its lenght is 173 meter. The family lives in the 4th storey in order
to benefit from the sunlight.
Nita Ambani ,the wife of Mukesh Ambani, says Anitilia was
furnished as a modern house according to the Indian style. And it is also said
that the decoration of the house was made by inspiring from the lotus flower
and the sun. Rare woods, marbles and crystals were used in decoration.
There is a pray room in the house as every house in India
has.
There is a ballroom with a crystal ceiling. It is said that 80%
of of the salon covered with crystals.In areas which family and guests are going to use, were
decorated more humble. Also, there is a snow room in order to become cool in Bombay’s
sweltering weathers.
At the top of the house, there are 3 helicopter pads. Also,
Anitilia has an air traffic control unit.
There is a 6-storey car park which has 160 vehicle capacity,
under the house.
Health room, gym, yoga room, spa rooms, pools, dance studio
and a cinema hall which can take 50 people, appear in the house.
Anitilia was designed by Perkins Will Company and Hirsch
Bedner Associates from ABD.
